Conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose

The conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose has welcomed its first guests in November 2009. The official opening ceremony took place on the 26th of March 2010. Since that day the doors of the conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose are wide open for conducting intellectual business events of our visitors.

The conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose with the total space of 1300 sq.m. is located in the business-center „Morozov“ at the territory of the business quarters "Red rose 1875". Convenient location of the conference-center EXTROPOLIS and its proximity to the main automobile roads provides easy access to it both by means of public transportation as well as by car.

This vast area provides space for two floors of the modern and comfortable conference-center with the maximum capacity of 400 persons.

Stylish interiors of the conference-center Extropolis are characterized by clean lines and airy spaces. The interior design is realized by the British agency SCG London.

The conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose follows the highest international standards of service: the conference-halls provide sufficient day light, feature excellent sound insulation allows to conduct the events for groups of various sizes simultaneously in adjacent rooms while maintaining a high level of comfort, ergonomic furniture design and a complete package of services – you have it all in one place.

The internationally accepted size denomination system is used for the names of the halls – you will notice the XXL, L, M and S letters. The halls of the ground floor are named with the figures of the first ten’s place, the halls of the first floor – with the figures of the second ten’s place, while the Latin letters give a quick idea of the hall’s capacity.

For instance, the ground floor has two meeting rooms, 12S, 13S, where one can have a meeting at any time of the day and a large conference-hall 11XXL with the total space of 245 sq.m., having maximum capacity of 200 participants.

The second floor has three conference-halls - 21XL, 22L, 23M – ranging between 35 to 80 sq.m. The full set of light, sound and presentational equipment is an integral part of services offered at the conference-center EXTROPOLIS.

Cafe-bar Segafredo After work, a separate banquet hall and a comfortable private-zone provide a great opportunity for the guests of the conference-center EXTROPOLIS Red Rose to opportunity to enjoy a break during an intense event – a tasty meal, a business meeting, a private conversation or simply a pleasant resting time. The menu of the Segafredo After work cafe offers a wide range of dishes from Italian and European cuisine. You can not only enjoy coffee and tea here, but also order a full-service dinner and various drinks from the bar.
